To provide AI-powered fitting room previews, pose variations, and lookbook styling, we process the following categories of information:

• Account Details: Name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
• User Photos & Image Data: Personal selfies or body photos you upload to configure your private fitting model, along with clothing screenshots and garment photos you choose to test.
• Generated Visual Previews: Neural drape try-on images, multi-pose sets, and fashion motion video clips created for your lookbook.
• Device & Telemetry Data: Operating system version, device model, app version, and anonymized performance diagnostics to ensure smooth neural rendering.

02. How We Use Your Visual Data

Your image data is processed strictly to provide the core fitting room functionality:

• Simulating realistic fabric drape, lighting alignment, and garment stretch on your silhouette.
• Generating 5 studio pose angles (frontal, 3/4 angle, profile, walking, and leaning).
• Synthesizing fashion video motion clips.
• Organizing your private Digital Wardrobe (saved garments and styled outfits).

03. Strict Privacy Guarantees & AI Ethics

We adhere to strict privacy safeguards regarding personal images and biometric information:

• Private Fitting Room: Your photos and try-on previews belong exclusively to your account. They are never published publicly, never shared in community feeds, and never accessible to other users.
• No Public AI Model Training: We do not sell your photos or use your personal images to train public, third-party generative foundation models.
• Zero Data Monetization: We never sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal photos or user data to advertisers or data brokers.

04. Data Security & Encryption

All user images, credentials, and try-on simulations are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocols and stored using AES-256 bit encryption at rest in secure cloud storage facilities. Access to inference servers is strictly isolated and restricted by least-privilege security controls.

05. 1-Tap Photo Purge & Data Deletion

You maintain full sovereignty over your image data. Sway includes a built-in "Delete All My Photos" control in profile settings:

• Tapping this control immediately and permanently purges all your uploaded selfie photos, clothes images, and generated try-on renders from our active database and cache.
• You can also delete your entire Sway account at any time, which permanently removes all profile records, credits, and lookbook history.

06. Third-Party Sub-Processors

To operate the mobile app and process neural rendering requests, we partner with trusted infrastructure service providers:

• Cloud & Database Hosting: Secure cloud compute and encrypted object storage clusters.
• App Store Billing: Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) for in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Crash & Diagnostic Reporting: Privacy-preserving error logging tools.

08. Children's Privacy

Sway is not intended for use by children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information or photos from anyone under 17. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 17 without verified parental consent, we will promptly delete that information.
